RETURNS:

• All Small Batch Beard Co products listed on this website are backed by our return policy!
• All return or exchange requests must be made within 15 days of the original order date.
• Returned products must be shipped back to us using USPS with tracking. We do not offer free return shipping labels.
• Before a refund or exchange can be issued, we must first physically receive & inspect the returned items.
• Opened box/used products are not eligible for refunds, but may be eligible for product exchanges.
• You have to have made the purchase from us / this website.
