SHIPPING:
There is one thing that we know and that is we hate waiting for anything that we ordered online. This is why we get your orders out asap! If something delays your order, you will be notified and we'll make it up to you!
- All USA based orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).
- All orders within the United States get free shipping using USPS Ground Advantage. We also offer USPS Priority Shipping for $10.
- Orders are typically shipped within 1 - 2 business days (We do not ship orders on weekends of holidays).
- Orders are typically delivered within 5 business days (depending on shipping method you chose), once you have received your tracking number via email. If you have not received your tracking number by email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
- Keep in mind, the delivery date estimates are from the carriers and are NOT guaranteed delivery dates.
- Please allow for extending shipping times during Holidays and promotional sales events, due to high order volumes.
- Small Batch Beard Co is not responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees, VAT and/or additional shipping fees that you may be charged by your country's customs department.
- Small Batch Beard Co is not responsible for any inaccurate billing and/or billing addresses. Any additional shipping & handling fees occurred due to incorrect information provided at checkout is the sole responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS:
- All Small Batch Beard Co products listed on this website are backed by our return policy!
- All return or exchange requests must be made within 15 days of the original order date.
- Returned products must be shipped back to us using USPS with tracking. We do not offer free return shipping labels.
- Before a refund or exchange can be issued, we must first physically receive & inspect the returned items.
- Opened box/used products are not eligible for refunds, but may be eligible for product exchanges.
